Our Starlink installation service covers homes and businesses across southern and eastern Sydney. We mount the dish on your roof, wall or a pole, run the cable inside and weatherproof the entry, set up your Wi-Fi and test the connection before we leave. A standard Starlink installation on a single-storey home is $349, and every price is confirmed in writing before we start.

Not always. Starlink is designed for DIY installation: put the dish where it sees clear sky, plug it in, and the Starlink app does the rest. If you can install your Starlink dish on its stand in the yard, you may not need us.
It changes when the only clear sky is above the house. A Starlink dish on the roof needs safe access, a mount that suits the roof, and a cable entry sealed against Sydney’s heavy rain — not a cable trailing through a window.
Every job covers the full installation and setup, not just the dish going up.

A standard Starlink installation: single-storey home, straightforward roof or wall mount, normal cable run.
All prices include GST and cover installation. The Starlink kit and Starlink service plan are bought from Starlink separately. Jobs outside our service area are quoted with travel before booking.
We check for these before we book, so none of them show up on the day.
If your site needs more than your package covers, we tell you what and how much before we start — never as an extra on the invoice.
Trees, taller buildings or your own roofline blocking the sky. Usually solved with a higher mounting point or a pole.
Colorbond is the simplest. Tiles need careful footing and a suitable bracket; flat concrete needs a different fixing again.
A second storey takes longer on fall-risk controls. Scaffolding or an elevated work platform, if needed, is quoted separately.
A long run to the far end of the house, through double brick, or across a yard from a pole takes more time and cable.
Ridgelines and coastal sites need a bracket chosen for the load.

Other Sydney electricians install Starlink too. What they usually can’t offer is the next step, because it isn’t their trade: keeping Starlink powered when the grid goes down.
Home batteries are a core part of our business. We can wire your Starlink power supply, router and network gear to a circuit backed by your home battery. Then your internet stays on through a power outage, along with your other essential circuits.
This keeps your equipment powered. It can’t prevent brief drop-outs on Starlink’s own network in severe weather. But if you work from home, or rely on the internet to reach help in an emergency, it closes the gap a standalone installation leaves.
On a larger block it goes a step further: solar, battery, Starlink and Wi-Fi for a shed, studio or granny flat that has neither power nor internet today. One project, not three call-outs.

Diagnostic and repair call-out: $149, credited to the job if you go ahead with the repair.
If the fault is in the Starlink hardware itself, we’ll tell you, and Starlink handles it under its warranty.

Starlink is satellite internet from a network of low-Earth orbit satellites run by SpaceX. The Starlink satellites are far closer than older satellite services, so the connection behaves much more like ordinary broadband. That’s why it’s now a real option across NSW, not just in remote areas. The dish itself is a flat phased-array antenna that tracks the satellites electronically.
It isn’t the right answer for every address, and we’d rather say so before you pay for an installation.
Best where fixed-line internet is poor or missing: blackspots, large blocks and homes stuck on a slow connection. Needs a clear view of the sky; very heavy rain can briefly slow it.
If yours performs well, it’s usually the most consistent connection available. Keep it.
Performance varies by street. If yours is unreliable, Starlink is worth comparing.
Common in regional NSW. Where the tower is congested or out of line of sight, Starlink is often the step up.
Depends on tower coverage and congestion; can work well in urban areas with strong 5G.

You buy the kit and plan from Starlink. We install Starlink Standard, Mini and Performance hardware. If you haven’t ordered yet, tell us your address and how you’ll use it, and we’ll suggest the right hardware before you buy.
Not for mounting the dish and setting up Wi-Fi. You do need a licensed electrician to put Starlink on a battery-backed circuit or to add a power point near the dish, which our own electricians do.
A standard single-storey job takes a few hours. Multi-storey, pole-mount and whole-property Wi-Fi jobs take longer; you’ll get an estimate with your quote.
Wherever the Starlink app shows the fewest obstructions — usually high up, clear of trees and taller buildings. We check with the app before fixing anything in place. If an obstruction warning appears later, we can relocate the dish.
Not with a bracket matched to your roof and a properly weatherproofed cable entry. Tile, Colorbond and flat concrete each take a different approach. Where the site and wind exposure allow it, we can use a non-penetrating mount.
We choose the mount for your site and install it to the manufacturer’s requirements. Nobody can honestly promise anything is stormproof, but a correctly specified mount is built for local wind loads.
For most households, yes. Residential Starlink plans handle streaming and video calls. Real-world speed on your Starlink internet connection depends on your plan, the time of day and how open the sky above the dish is, which is why placement matters.
Usually. We can integrate Starlink with your existing router, mesh or wired network, or extend the Starlink router with mesh or access points. We check what you have and tell you what can be reused.
Yes, with approval. You’ll need your landlord’s or owners corporation’s consent before permanent mounting or cabling. We can put the proposed work in writing to support your request.
No. We’re an independent installer. The installer Starlink lists for Australia is CIRCL; any other Starlink installer in Sydney, including us, works independently. We don’t sell Starlink hardware or plans, and we’re not affiliated with Starlink or SpaceX.
No. Your Starlink hardware stays covered by Starlink’s own warranty and Starlink service support. Our 5-year workmanship warranty covers the installation: mount, cabling and setup. If something stops working, call us first. If it’s our work, we fix it. If it’s the hardware, we’ll help you confirm that with Starlink.
Have the kit unboxed and the Starlink app on your phone. Clear access to the roof area and the spot where you want the router, and tell us about any strata or landlord approval in advance. Our technician will do the rest.
